Dear Parents and Carers,

It has been a busy two weeks since we returned after half term! We started this week with a remembrance assembly, where we observed the two minute silence. This was followed by Odd Sock Day as part of Anti-Bullying Week which helps raise awareness of bullying.

The week ended with the welcome re-appearance of all things Pudsey as we supported Children in Need. We raised a fantastic £555.64, thank you all for your generous donations. 

Nuts and Snacks: Although we are not a nut-free school, we ask that where possible children do not bring in nuts or nut products in their packed lunches.  A reminder that snacks should be a piece of fruit or vegetable only. Thank you for your cooperation.

You can continue to order after this time, but orders will be delivered to your home address for a postage charge.

Forest School 

What a fantastic time EYFS had at Forest school this week! We explored the forest school area, made dens, climbed the trees and used the magnifying glasses to search for bugs.

Remembrance Day

EYFS showed their respect throughout the day on Remembrance day. They respectfully held a 2 minute silence and then created poppies using a variety of different craft materials. They even made a poppy using their handprints.

Children In Need 

EYFS have been learning all about Children In Need throughout the day today.

There is no requirement to book - we look forward to meeting you.  

We have a large number of children who are on the Cool Milk register but aren’t collecting milk from the fridge. This is resulting in a large amount of out of date milk that we have to throw away.  

Please could you double check with your child that they still want to remain on the Cool Milk register and if not contact Cool Milk directly.
